Jake DeJong is the President of POWERGROUP Resources and has been in the industry of Human Resources for his entire career. Jake is a graduate of McMaster University with a BA and has a post graduation diploma in Human Resources. Jake’s approach is focused on driving accountability and on results but not discounting the journey that it takes to get to the result. Walking along side owners, management teams and employees in a nurturing manner is the approach fosters the best results. Jake enjoys spending time with his 5 wonderful kids and wife.
